This was such an exceptional experience! My partner and I got a Thai ice tea, bun bo hue, and the hu tieu with chicken and bbq pork. We're from San Jose and are Vietnamese, but we are here as UC Merced students and decided to try this place (a professor recommended this place to me!). Students get a 10% discount. The food portions are so much larger than we expected! The large, only for around 10 bucks, is massive. Coming from SJ, this would be an 18 dollar bowl! The flavors were so rich and they give you so much meat for your value! The waitress was so friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere felt so comforting. Would definitely go here again.

The food is always consistent! Service comes with a smile :). The ambiance is laid back and super chill. As a broke college student, Noah has come in clutch too many times.

I enjoy the Bahn mi sandwich. The avocado shake is delicious, too. The servers are friendly. The atmosphere is fine if you don't mind a big screen playing basketball.

I had never tried pho before, but every Saturday evening I buy takeout. This week I wanted soup - pho. I took to Yelp and someone wrote that if you want good pho, go to a Vietnamese restaurant. Noah's Fusion fit the bill. That pho was such a delight. I also had the spring rolls. So yummy. I'm definitely putting Noah's on my short list of favorites.

Service was welcoming, kind, and accommodating. If I lived here, I'd bring my family in for a meal. There was lots of seating in a space that was softly if not dimly lit (easy on the eyes), with a large TV or projector screen on the wall for entertainment. I ordered food and Vietnamese iced coffee to go. I was offered a cup of ice water and a seat while I waited. It was over 100° outside and their AC wasn't quite cooling the space down enough imo. Food was made to order but didn't take long at all. Prices were very affordable, which is hard to find these days. Banh mi was $5.95 and it's actually quite hefty. The spring rolls were also huge and a great price. Coffee was strong, just like it should be.
